Having done almost no research on the topic, I have tentatively concluded that dyslexia is not a disorder where people involuntarily use anagrams in everyday speech.  Again, I don’t have a lot of data to back this up, but it may be a learning disability that affects people in a whole range of ways, but especially in early literacy, speech comprehension, and memory, which leads to serious problems that begin in grade school or earlier, but are often poorly addressed by educators and lead to further difficulties later in life.  In fact, dyslexia may not be hilarious at all.

Wait a minute, I just got it.  This is fucking hilarious!  See, the joke is that “sex daily” is an anagram of “dyslexia” and people with dyslexia often have trouble spelling, so that would be a mistake someone with dyslexia might make!  And both the word and the anagram would be proceeded by the words “I have!”  And look at that Dickensian gentleman with his funny clothes, large belly and tumbler (!) of scotch.  He could be saying either of those things, the way he’s posed.  And what’s more, he would be at home in Victorian London or a Williamsburg wine tasting party in progress this very minute, but “I have sex daily” would only be appropriate in the latter!  Really, the juxtapositions and double meanings of this e-card are rife with comic potential.  Keep those jokes coming, internet!
